Inside Out
Title: Inside Out
Summary: Remy and john had been friends for a long time and something had happened in Remy's 7th grade that brought him and john closer together as friends. Well now magneto is dead and the Acolytes were split up. Finally john and Remy get back together but things have changed. But is it for the better?
Pairings: Pyro/Rogue implied Lance/Kitty and later john/Remy

Chapter 1: prologue
John POV
This sucks. Those damn x geeks, they just had to kill Magneto. Now everyone is split up. We were all standing around Magneto as he died and he ordered us to go in different directions; Remy was to go back to New Orleans, Mastermind to Missouri, Colossus to Canada, Sabertooth to California, and me, I had to go back to the brotherhood to take care of dear ol' Pietro. Damn him.
God I miss Remy. He’s my best friend; we’ve been through everything together.
/Flashback/
A small boy with flaming reddish orange hair steps out of a black Mercedes Benz looking scared. He has a black bag with him and he’s holding a lighter.
“Jonathan, put that away,” a man in blue jeans and a white polo said in a hushed voice.
The little eleven-year-old put the lighter in his pocket and straightened up. The man walked them up to the front doors of a warehouse and knocked. A tall man answered the door looking at the man then looked at the little boy.
“Hello, you must be John Allerdyce from Australia” The tall man said kindly.
John nodded and walked in when the older man offered for them to come in. His name was Jean-Luc LeBeau.
“Remy! Your exchange students here! Get down here!”
Another little boy ran down the stairs and smiled at John. This new boy had Semi-long brown hair that slightly covered his eyes, which were very interesting, his whole eyes was black except for the iris which was bright red.
“Hi, I’m Remy, your name’s John right?”
John just nodded. He was very shy around people he didn’t know.
“Come on, I’ll give you the grand tour,”
Remy proceeded to show the whole house to the smaller boy.
/End Flashback/
It turned out that Remy was just a year older than me but we were still in the same grade. We grew to be really good friends over the year, and I liked America and Mr. LeBeau liked me so much that he adopted me into their family. Living there was really awkward though. Jean taught us how to be thieves and made us join the Thieves Guild, but our junior year we quit and moved up here to Bayville during the summer. It’s kind of funny, being best friends for seven years; we never told each other that we had a mutant power. He decided for himself that he didn’t want to tell in fear that I might leave him and never speak to him again, and I kind of felt the same way, since we are both potentially dangerous. I think it’s awesome though ‘cause we have more in common now than we did before. This is pathetic, I’ve been away from him for a mere hour and I already miss him. I really don’t want to do this, Lance hates me with a passion, Todd thinks I’m weird, Freddy has a crush on me, and Pietro wants me dead ‘cause I tried to kill Wanda. It’s going to be like walking into an open cage with a lion, tiger and an alligator. Damn Magneto, damn him to hell. If I die, I’ll be sure to thank him once I go to hell. Oh great I’m here, better put my head between my knees and kiss my ass goodbye now.
