Chapter 9
X-men Evolution
Summary: What if Wolverine and Sabretooth were also teenagers during the series? What would they be like with the others and each other?
A.N.: Still not quite sure where I want to go with this story, so just hang in there, This chapter is heavily based on the ‘Wolverine’s Origins’ Comic, but changed to fit the story.

Outside the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and hormonal teenagers were trying to inconspicuously get into each others pant. Well, at least most people, James however had been home for 2 weeks and had been practically been under house arrest. His father had been so paranoid that something was going to happen to James, so whenever James tried to leave, his father would stop him and he would be stuck at home.
He was going stir crazy.
He looked out his window, watching various workers, work on the yard. His father had planned a coming home party and hired a bunch of people to decorate the house, and cater, and various other things that needed to be done. He didn’t really understand the party, James himself didn’t any friends, at least at home, he really only left his family. He was to sick all the time to meet anybody.
His mother wasn’t happy he was home. But he didn’t see her a lot before he left anyway, nut he kind of wished she would’ve acknowledged that he was there. He hasn’t actually even seen her yet.
James sighed and slouched down, then rested his head and arms on the window ledge. “I really wish something would happen, its so frickin boring.”
James sat there for about 15 minutes, before deciding to get up and do something. James turned from the window, starting towards the door. James stopped after a step, then turned and glanced out the window. Something didn’t feel right. He watched as Thomas Logan walked up the drive way towards the front door. He looked pissed.
James heard it when Logan slammed through the front door.
“Elizabeth!” could be heard screamed down the hall.
Then a woman scream was heard.
“What are you doing here Thomas? You’re not supposed to be here!” Elizabeth Howlett was heard.
“Thomas I told you never to come here in this state, again! I’m sorry but this was your last chance, you’re fired!” Yelled John extremely aggravated.
A gunshot went off, and James was out the door before the bang had a chance to echo. He ran don’t various halls, then down stairs. He then saw his father lying down on the floor dead. He looked around the room and then saw red.
Thomas Logan was pulling James’ mother along, and to James, Thomas looked to be speaking, but no words were coming out of his mouth. James’, now adamantium, claws smoothly slid out of between James knuckles.
There were various gasps in the room, most people who were in the room at that moment had never seen his claws, only rumors. Thomas however did not have much time to think about the claws, as James pushed them through his stomach, and then sliced them though his neck.
Dog, who was Thomas’ son, was standing in the background holding a gun of his own. He watched in horror as his father’s blood ran dripped from James’ claws. Not thinking completely clearly Dog pointed the gun at James’ head and pulled the trigger. The bullet just bounced off the back of his head. James turned around growling at Dog. So, dog tried again, this time, he shot James in the chest. It didn’t seem to affect James at all; James just kept walking slowly towards Dog. James slashed the barrel of the gun and the slashed Dog’s face.
“James, stop!” Another female voice, but it didn’t belong to his mother. It belonged to a girl who worked at his house. Rose.
She ran over to him, and hugged his head to her chest.
He came back to himself. He fell to the floor his legs no longer able to hold him. He looked to his mother; she was also covered in Thomas’ blood. Her eyes were wide and filled with fear. James made a move toward her, and she screamed and crawled backwards away from him. Tears started to roll down her face. Her hand hit something while she was moving backwards; she looks down, and smiles. Not a happy smile, a very creepy and very crazy smile. Her hand hit Thomas’ gun. She picked it up and pointed it towards her head.
James jumped at his mother, but it was too late, she already pulled the trigger.
James fell to his knees again, slumped down defeated, his entire family, dead, within only a few short minutes. He didn’t know what he was going to do, but he wasn’t going to stay here. He’d leave, but go where? There was only one place he could go, well there were two, but his Grandfather didn’t seem to like him very much and he didn’t like the old man much either.
James just stood up and walked out the door, covered in blood. He couldn’t be there anymore. And he started running.
