Inner Conflicts
Part 6
Kurt smiled at Kitty.
Kitty smiled back.
He went to give her a hug.
Her smiled faded as she moved back in fear.
The background gave way to blackness, then a moon, as someone tore into
him.
"You see? You're nothing but a blue haired freak to them. But I'll
love you." Lance smiled down at him as he continued to thrust into him.
Kurt let out a yell as he bolted out of his bed, heart pounding.
He could still feel the phantom pains of the attack in the dream.
His body shaking, Kurt sat down on the end of his bed, lost in thought.
Yesterday. . .yesterday he had put on as happy as a front he could pull off.
For a moment, things seemed normal. There was a Danger Room session,
and then some down time after homework with the rest of the X-men team.
Evan was joking around, Scott was watching with an amused smirk on his face.,
Rogue was reading a book and Kitty was on the phone. She got off and
smiled at Kurt.
A few moments later, he found himself by her side, his mind still playing
Lance's words over and over again.
"Like, hey Kurt," she greeted, while Evan and Scott challenged each other
to a game of chess.
"Hi, Kitty," Kurt responded, his voice hesitant. "Um, Kitty. . . Can
I ask you something?"
"Like, sure!" responded Kitty.
"Um, somewhere a bit more private?" he added.
Kitty nodded and followed Kurt to just outside the room.
"Kitty. . . do you think. . . anyvone vould ever consider going out. . .
with someone like me?"
Kitty's pleasant smile faded. "Uh, like, wow, Kurt. . . why are you asking
this?"
"It's just a yes or no question, Kitty," Kurt responded, glancing away.
"Uh, well, you're like, a real sweet guy and all Kurt. . . and, um, I mean,
sure, what girl wouldn't?"
Kurt smiled at her, although deep inside, he felt his hope crumbling. Her
answer was hesitant and drawn out. She was only trying to make his
feel good.
Instead, it made it worse.
"Thanks, Kitty," Kurt said, heading back to the family room.
Kitty stayed behind for a moment, let out a deep breath. The question
was unexpected, and she had had no friggin clue as to how to answer. She
was only glad he didn't ask if she would go out with him.
She wasn't sure she would have been able to tell him the truth or not.

"You have to tutor this guy every day?" asked Scott, looking at Kurt.
"Only during the veek," Kurt responded.
Scott frowned when he heard the relief in Kurt's voice. "Is he that bad?"
Scott could swear he saw Kurt squirm a bit. "Vell, he's catching on.
But he's being tutored for more than vone subject." Kurt stared
out towards the library.
I should just tell him, he thought to himself.
I should tell him and the others. But. . . wwillwill they say? No.
. . this is my problem. I have to handle it. . . somehow.
"Hello, Earth to Kurt."
Kurt blinked. "Oh, sorry, Scott."
Scott shook his head. "Just take care."
"Ja."

Kurt stepped into the library and looked around.
He paused, slightly stunned.
There were a bit more people then the previous days today, but he shouldn't
have had any trouble finding Lance.
However, he couldn't see him at all.
Maybe he didn't come, he thought, hopefully. He turned to le
the
then paused. Unless. . .
No. . . he couldn't be in there. . . could he?
Kurt felt a shortness of breath. He began to walk to the back of the
library, where the private study rooms were. With each step, he could
hear the sound of his heart beat pounding in his ears.
He reached the back and began to walk past each glass door, hands shaking
at his side. He looked into each room, spotting no one.
He got to the end and sighed.
Lance must have decided not to come today. He turned around.
Lance stood right behind him, bag in hand.
"Sorry I'm late," said Lance, with a grin. "I forgot my book."
X
"I hate history," commented Lance, scowling at the book before him.
"Unless it's a dating history we're talking about."
Kurt wasn't paying attention, as his back tingled painfully at the gentle
touch Lance was giving him.
His fingers kept brushing the middle of his back.
"So," said Lance. "Just to give us a break from civil wars in the south
west. . . give a thought to my words?"
Kurt tried to glare at him.
His nervous shaking killed the effect.
"It's almost five thirty and I vant to go home. Let's finish this,
okay?" Kurt turned back to the page in front of him as he continued to draw
a diagram outline major events.
Lance sat back, watching him from the corner of his eye.
Oh, if only there weren't that many people here today. Then maybe he
could have attempted something more direct. Like. . . giving him some
tongue. . . or deactivate the hologram.
Blood began to rush downwards.
Yeah. . . Kurt, or rather, the Nightcrawler, on his lap, legs to the sides.
Back against the desk in front of them.
Completely naked.
Sliding up and down his cock.
An indecent act in public. . .
"Are you okay?"
Lance blinked. Without realizing it, he had let out a small moan.
"You look flushed. Maybe you are coming down with something," said Kurt,
hopefully.
Lance opened his eyes and gave Kurt a heated gaze.
Kurt pulled back, that empowering look of fear on his face.
"Maybe," said Lance, hoarsely. "We'll call it quits for tonight."
Kurt nodded as he collected his books.
Lance just watched him, willing for his erection to go away. He knew
he was treading shaky grounds with all the light touching, but he knew that
any signs of arousal, and he'd have no chance in hell to sway Kurt to even
consider experimenting.
Thank god for baggy jeans. It hid it to some extent.
Lance stood up, one hand trailing down Kurt's back.
Kurt froze halfway through shoving his notebook into his backpack.
"Thanks for helping me," said Lance, letting his hand drop, grazing Kurt
where his tail began.
"Don't. Touch. Me. Again," said Kurt, cramming his notebook into the bag.
With a semi-helpless glare, the German boy left.
Lance smirked.
There was a suspicious bulge in front of blueboy's pants.
Seems he had found a very sensitive spot on the boy's body.
One that could definitely wrap Kurt around his fingers. . . among other things.
