Chapter 21

Inner Conflicts -- Part 21 Inner Conflicts Part 21 "Who was it?" Lance heard Freddy ask. Lance froze, unsure as to how to respond. On one side, he was thrilled to see that Kurt thought of running to him first.  On the other hand, how does one explain this situation without letting the entire truth be known. "Lance?" asked another voice, as a speeding blur came out from the kitchen. "Whoa! What's he doing here?" Lance could hear the others coming out of the room. "Must have had a disagreement with the rest of the Geek squad," Lance lied, hoisting the unconscious mutant in his arms.  He was mildly surprised to feel that he wasn't as heavy as before.  Must have lost some weight. "Well, what are you going to do with him?" asked Freddy. No one noticed the looks that flashed on both Tabitha's and Todd's faces.  "There's no way I'm staying in the same house with one of those losers." "Well, this loser is my ticket to guaranteed graduation, and hell if I'm just going to throw him on the streets and mess everything up," snarled Lance. Freddy backed up. "Whoa, sorry," he muttered. "Then where are we going to put him?" asked Pietro. " The remaining spare rooms aren't exactly live-in material, you know?" "He'll bunk with me for the time being," said Lance, forcing himself to sound unsure. Tabitha turned away to glower at the wall. "I hope he don't snore, yo," said Todd, joking weakly.  And I hope they make no more noises. Todd tried to fight down the blush that was threatening to break across his face. Lance carried Kurt towards the stairs.  "Funny, Toad," was all he said. The rest of the Brotherhood looked at each other, two already knowing the truth, the other two not sure of anything at the moment. X 11:45 Scott stared out of the window, the rain slowly pelting against the window pane. What happened? And with what Logan said... His worst fear was fast becoming a reality, and he had no fucking clue as how to handle it. Kurt. . . X Kurt stared out of Lance's window.  He had woken up only half an hour ago, starving, and miserable. He could hear that the other mutants were still moving about downstairs, despite the late hours.  No wonder most of them fell asleep during classes.   The door opened behind him, and he saw Lance coming in with a tray of food in his hands. "Here you go," said Lance, holding out the tray.  Kurt just nodded and turned away, looking back out the window.  He sighed. A moment later, he felt Lance putting his arms around him.  "Don't worry," he said.  Everything will be fine, you'll see." "Ja, fine," Kurt repeated. All his friends were surely against him now. Kitty would never speak to him again.  Evan should be disgusted, Jean would snub him... and his best friend... Scott... X Lance was pissed. He had finally gotten a chance to sneak into the cupboard to grab more of the aphrodisiacs and saw that someone had taken them from there.  But who?  It wasn't like he could go asking who took it.  Someone knew something, and he had to find out who and fast, and come up with a reasonable explanation. "So, are you going to eat?" he asked Kurt, knowing that the blue mutant had to be hungry from that teleportation.   He felt Kurt nod, his soft fur, now dry, brushing against his cheek. Lance kissed him on the side of the neck and let him go.   Kurt shuddered and quietly turned around, not looking up to meet Lance's eyes. Lance couldn't help but smirk. Kurt was looking rather submissive.  Despite the idea that Scott would be out for his hide, he had won this battle.  Kurt was now his in body and mind, and very soon, in soul as well. "Come on," said Lance, gently tugging Kurt back to the bed. "Let's get some food into your system. Kurt slowly moved towards the bed, and finally began to eat. Lance watched him carefully. X Sunday morning was grey and wet to most that woke up. However, to Lance Alvers, it was the perfect morning. Looking to his right, he had the opportunity to watch his current project sleeping away, unaware of his current purpose in the impending relationship. He raised himself on his elbows and silently watched the blue mutant. Kurt was sleeping in what seemed like a somewhat uncomfortable position. His back was to the bed, but his hips were slightly twisted to one side, tail curled up around his legs. His face was turned away from him, lips slightly parted. Lance felt himself growing hard. Last time those lips had been parted with the mutant unconscious, he had enjoyed the hot moisture inside. Briefly he wondered how long it would take for Kurt to accept him enough to willingly give him head. His eyes trailed downward. Seeing someone sleeping in your clothes was somewhat erotic. The shirt Lance had lent to Kurt had ridden upward, exposing his side. The boxers, which were somewhat big on him, had ridden downward, showing off his belly button and part of the curve of his hip. Lance slowly reached and touched the fur. Kurt moaned and shifted slightly. Lance smirked and smoothed out his face into a pleasant look. He ran his hand up Kurt's waist, and under the shirt. He lowered himself down and began to nuzzle Kurt's neck. He nibbled at the sensitive skin, and lowered his hand, slipping them into the boxers. He felt Kurt starting to respond. He gently turned Kurt completely on his back and straddled his hips. Kurt's eyes fluttered open, before widening. "I love you," Lance murmured in a throaty voice, before capturing the mutant's lips. His hands pinned Kurt's wrists to the bed, hips rocking into Kurt's hardening erection. Kurt moaned into his mouth, eyes shutting tight as his own hips jerked upwards. Moments later, both boys shuddered as they came. Lance collapsed on top of Kurt, gasping for air.  Kurt was also breathing hard, looking dazed and confused.  His cheeks began to darken as he finally realized what had happened. "Morning," Lance said with a chuckle. "Morning," Kurt whispered, glancing away. Lance stiffled another chuckle as he settled down again.  A few more minutes...then he'd get up to go have some breakfast. Kurt was still resisting, but not as much as before...and without the influence of the drugs.  Guess he really didn't need them after all. Whatever Lance wanted, he got...and this was not going to be any different. X Kurt was eating his meal silently. He ignored the questioning looks that the others were giving him.   He froze when he heard someone knocking on the door. "It better not be door to door preachers," growled Lance, standin and and heading to the door. Kurt immediately flipped on his hologram.   "Maybe you should leave that off," said Freddy, with a smirk.  "They just might leave and never come back if we have the devil living with us." "Lay off of Blue," growled Tabitha, much to the surprise of the others. "Oh, that's right. Tabby's got a sweet spot for the fuzzy one," said Pietro.   "Summers," they heard Lance growl. Kurt stayed rooted where he was while the others leapt up. Lance was blocking the door, hands clenched. Scott was standing right outside, looking tense.  "Look, Alvers," he was saying.  "I just came to talk to Kurt, that's all." "Well, Wagner doesn't feel like talking to any one of you," Lance responded.  "Cause if he did, he'd teleport his way back home." "Can I please see him?" asked Scott, his patience waning. Lance glanced back in time to see Kurt port away. "He doesn't want to see anyone," Lance said, a smug look on his face.  "Now get off our property." Lance shut the door on Scott's face. Pietro and Freddy looked slightly stunned.   "Hey, what did happen between the x-geeks?" Pietro asked. Lance shrugged.  "He hasn't said." "Must be pretty bad if he left the mansion for this place," said Freddy. "Yeah." Both Todd and Tabitha remained silent. X Scott stared at the Brotherhood house. He had failed. He was suppose to see Kurt and convince him that they weren't mad at him.  According to Xavier, that was the impression Kurt had when he left. But Kurt didn't want to see him, and pushing in past Alvers would have been legally called trespassing.  Alvers was probably hoping for that.  It would have made his day to see him whisked away to some holding cell. Scott kicked at the dirt floor as he headed back to his convertible.  He wouldn't give up.  There was no way Kurt could completely avoid him at school.  There is where he would make his move. X Kurt stared at the ceiling as Lance bit at his neck. After Scott had left, the taller mutant had come upstairs to "talk."   Kurt had thanked him and told him that he would repay him as soon as he could for giving him  a place to stay while he collected his thoughts. He realized too late that he should have remained silent. Lance immediately said that boyfriends don't repay one another for favors.  All they needed was love and what best way to show it but with sex? Kurt disagreed, considering that he didn't feel like a boyfriend...but then again, he was a guest of sorts at this place, and he was still too afraid to go back to the mansion. Kurt bit back a moan when Lance began rocking himself into him again. "We're going to have to be careful," Lance whispered.  "Wouldn't do to have one of the others walking in on us, now would it?" Kurt shook his head. Lance claimes mos mouth, and Kurt closed his eyes, still lost in thought. "I want you so bad right now," Lance murmured in his ear.  "But we'll have to find someplace private." Kurt only nodded in response, not really listening to Lance. He was thinking that tomorrow was Monday, and school would begin.  How was he going to avoid the rest of the X-men? tbc
