After another week or so of physical therapy, Henry McCoy came up to the cabin and smiled as he saw Remy walking up towards him with a grin on his face. It was amazing what difference a little over a month did to the young Accadian. He looked lighter and his eyes shown with such joy that it nigh overwhelmed the people who were near him.

Logan came up behind him, a twinkle in his eyes as he watched Remy make his way to Hank before the younger man enveloped the blue man in a hug. "Hey Blue. Good ta see ya again," he said as he grabbed for a cigar and lit it.

Hank smiled and returned the hug before looking him over. "You look well my friend," he said to Remy. "How are you feeling now. Is there any pain when you walk or are you feeling better?"

Remy shook his head. "Non...I feel wonderful," he said with a grin before leading the slightly older man in. "Can' believe how good I feel. I'm walkin' jus' fine...well...not perfectly an' I got a slight limp, but at least I'm walkin' now. An' it don' hurt near as bad as it did da first time 'round. How long you plannin' on stayin'?"

Hank chuckled and shook his head. "Maybe for a night. Logan seems to be doing you a world of good Remy. I take it you haven't tried anything to much yet?" He hoped not. Still...he knew Remy could handle it now. "If not then I believe that you might be able to do so tomorrow. I would say tonight, but if you wouldn't mind, I would prefer not to hear the sounds of your love making," he teased.

Remy blushed but smirked. "Ah Hank...here Remy t'ought dat you loved da sounds Remy makes? Remy seen ya once or twice walkin' past my door when Remy's done stuff wit' himself," he said, laughing when Hank blushed.

"I was simply going that way to talk to Logan. Nothing more," he said before shivering. "Although I must admit, I have wondered what it would be like to be with you sometimes." Hank eyed him before shaking his head. "But no. You have Logan and I have Bobby. Moira and I called it off a couple of days after you left and...yes. I must admit though...Bobby is an interesting bedmate. Very...youthful," he said before grinning, his sharp fangs showing.

Remy snorted and rolled his eyes. "When is Bobby never youthful?" he asked before shaking his head. "Want some coffee? Remy found dis wonderful blend dat he t'inks you'd like a lot," he said before heading towards the kitchen.

Hank nodded and followed him. "What kind is it?"

"It's a mixture of blends. S'got a bit of kona and somet'in else. Da only reason I told ya da Kona was 'cause I'm sure ya woulda guessed it right off. De rest is up to you ta figure out," he said with a smirk as he brew it.

Hank and Remy chatted amiably as the coffee brew and Logan joined in once he came back inside. Remy had pretty much quit smoking, not because he needed to but because the two weeks in the coma and nearly month of pain was enough to wear him out so much that he hadn't had the energy to pick one up.

Soon, Logan cooked dinner and once dinner was over and dishes were clean, they headed into the living room. Remy had managed to talk Logan into buying a television at least and so the three men settled into a night of TV watching and surround sound.

Slowly, after the shows and movies and hockey game was watched, they headed off to bed, Hank into the guest room and Remy and Logan in the room they shared with one another.

They all slept long and hard that night and didn't even stir when a storm rolled in. When they woke, Logan made breakfast and they all ate in silence.

After breakfast found them saying goodby to Hank, with him giving the two of them instructions to take things easy, to keep up with the exercises, call when they needed him and coming down to visit.

Remy smiled at Hank as he said the last part. "Oui...we will. Don' worry mon ami. Gotta find da courage ta get down dere and get my ear chewed out by my sister after all," he said with a chuckle.

Hank shook his head and chuckled as well. "Yes, she might very well do that. You haven't called her in the last 3 weeks and she's been rather upset at you about it."

Remy winced. "Sorry. Forgot to. Been so busy tryin' ta work up da strength in my legs an' back. T'ankfully, Logan been dere for Remy every step of da way," he said before looking over at Logan, who came up behind him and wrapped his arms around his Cajun's waist.

Hank nodded and cleared his throat. "Well, I'd best get going my friends. Bobby will be waiting impatiently for me," he said with a smile.

With that, they said their goodbyes with Hank leaving and Logan and Remy heading back into the cabin. Once they got back in, they kissed each other hungrily.
