Bronx never liked the road anyway. Yet there she was walking as the moon was high.her mind when back to 3 weeks ago.The people that she was working with in The desert told her about this place before they died. They told her this was the meeting place.

She sighed as she held her back pack's straps. Her dark hair covered the middle of her back, as she walked alone on the road. The darkness covered her mostly.the pale moon lite lit her way as she wondered if she even going the right way.

It was in the moment that she seen the top of the house. She cut across the grounds to the front of the old run down house. It looked as if everything was going to fall into the ground.

It didn't even look as if there was a person alive in there.

She slowly made her way up to the door.

Solar opened the door after hearing the girl coming, he looked at her with feirce eyes " who are you and what buisness do you have here?" he said to her ready to battle if needed.

The shock of someone opening the door almost knocked her on her ass. She took a couple steps back as she looked at him. He fired the questions at her. She gave him a dark look, she never liked answering questions. "You can call me Glare, and you are?" Bronx said

"As to why I am here. Well, I knew some people not long ago, they told me to come here." Bronx finished as she looked at the man. She looked around as she watched his stance. Clearly he was not going to let her in.

She stood there watching him, wondering what his next move was going to be.

Zeta was leaning against the wall, he was few feet away from Bronx. He was covered in darkness so no'one would see him.

"Lighten up Solar, Shes alone." Zeta said. Zeta lifted off of the wall and walked up to her.

"Pleasure to meet you miss Bronx, My name is Zeta." Zeta said.

Bronx looked at Zeta wondering how he knew her name, she had not used that for ages. Not since she met Christian, and joined the X. She eyed the man, even though he greeted her. And after a moment said "Yeah, well you can't be too careful."

She looked over at the one called Solar. Then back to Zeta.

"come in then." said solar, stepping away from the door, " you learn to defend yourself when your on the run every day." he said to her, his light brown hair rustled slightly from a warm breeze.

Bronx nodded her long brown hair almost covering her face. She knew that feeling. She Started for the door, and said "I know." Then she walked inside and looked around.

Zeta walked in behind her, closing the door as went in. He pressed a button on the side of the door and the walls moved. It revealed a hallway with alot of mutants walking around, busilly doing their thing.

" well," he said to her " welcome to the haven My name is solar by the way." he said to her.

It was hard to surprise her, but when Zeta pushed a button and relieved more then even the base in the desert. Her dark eyes widen.

When Solar spoke to her, For a long moment all she could do was stare.

She had never seen so many of her kind. Bronx nodded and looked around for a moment.

Then she said "How is it you can hide so many?

She spoke lowly, but Zeta and Solar were in ear shot.

"Multiple bases." Zeta replied. He turned nand walked out of the building, closing the door behind him and then sitting back in the shadows.

It was Zeta's Voice that called Bronx's attention

She looked at him, as he left the building. Then turned her gaze back to the hall which seem to be bustling with others.

Not much can shock her, but this did. A small smile played on her face as she just watched.A man in a black trenchcoat detached from the shadows, steely eyes running up and down Bronx's body with barely concealed ferocity, looking for any sign she might not be who she said she was. There was always the chance Sin had found them - paranoia may not be pretty, but it helped you live longer in scenarios like this.

He wasnt even hiding the pair of guns in his hands.

"Has she been cleared?" One almost expected his voice to be gravelly, but really it was quite soft and smooth, educated.

"Of course she has, Zeta let her in and we all know how 'trusting' he is..." said Kae, walking up behind the big man.

"Is that meant to inspire confidence?" Carnifex ran his eyes over Bronx again, using what little telepathy he had to skim Bronx's surface thoughts. She didnt seem hostile. "Humph. I'll be keeping an eye on you. But otherwise, welcome to the family. We get along like a house on fire, and if you've ever seen a burning house, you'll know what that's like."
