I really love this fic. I sure I've said this already but this is one of the best Nightcrawler fics I've ever read. Write Kurt's and all the character's moods, emotions and personality so well. And the plot is exellent. One thing though, if doesn't end as a Kurt/Kitty fic I will be thoroughly pissed. This fic is just too antsy to not have a good ending. But anyway, great story, update soon please.

you want critical? i don't know. the last time i was remotely critical to anyone, they snapped at me. i think i may be gun shy now. nah, i can be critical, but i don't see any point here. this story is all kinds of good. this last chapter just proves how wonderful you are at writing. you really have an understanding of the characters that goes far beyond the cartoon, how they act and feel. i guess some of it could be a furtile creative mind, but i think you have at least some knowledge of the comics. by getting into logan's and charles' heads, the suspense and emotion that they feel was brought out and really made for a compelling read. it sucks that life is getting in the way of such a good story. i want more! i hate waiting, but i'll try to be patient. thanks for the great story.

Okay, seriuosly. You are amazing! That was truly briliant! Your description of Kurt's emotions where so detailed that I could actually feel the same panic that he was experiencing. And that fight scene - unfuckingbelievable! I'm sorry that I can't think of anything more to say at the moment, I feel as if I have the writing ability of an eight year old after reading your masterpiece. I just had to say something to let you know what an awesome job you are doing. Keep it up!

I've watched X-Men Evolution a few times, searching for some nostalgic glimmer of the early 90's X-Men cartoon I once knew and loved. This new variation of the X-Men comic series is new and inventive, and at times I really do enjoy it, when it isn't pandering to sixth graders and dishing out corny jokes like, "She makes a guy want to brush his teeth." But enough about the cartoon. I was browsing through the fanfiction here at AFF for this show (as well as X-Men's comic and movie categories), searching in seeming vain for a story about Nightcrawler, one of my favorite characters. Usually all I find is plotless smut, which has its merits, but I love reading stories with actual depth to them.

You've written a very believable and wonderful story. Not only have you increased my love for the "Elf" with your reinvention of his character, you've changed the way I think about Logan, a character I've never held much fondness for. You've said that you take a long time to get on with an actual plot, and your chapters are oversized, and you have too much inner monologue. I disagree! I love the time you've given for self-reflection and character development. You've fleshed out characters I thought to be shallow and simple and oftentimes boring. And there is nothing wrong with long chapters! Too often I read stories with less than half a page written and passed off as a "chapter". Am I the only person who finds this somewhat bothersome? And when the conflict of Masters and his troupe finally comes into full play, it's really exciting! I'm anticipating the next chapter already. Rarely do I care this much about what will happen on the next "page", figuratively speaking.

Besides your plot, which is playing out beautifully, I have to compliment you on writing such steamy scenes between Kitty and Kurt. My, can you pull of that sort of smut well! It's more than smut, however, and it works beautifully. My only complaints are minor, which have more to do with formatting and punctuation than anything else, really. Sometimes a quotation mark is missing, or the end of an italicisized (or in this case, underscored) thought, and that's being extremely nitpicky, nothing that I can't deal with, nor anyone else.

Sorry for being so longwinded about this review, but I didn't want to write a simple "This is great" reply. This sort of fiction deserves to be expounded upon. ^_^ Please keep writing this, I can't wait for the conclusion!
