I enjoyed this despite the lack of hardcore buttsex mostly because it spookily reminds me of my fiancé and I... Minus the alcohol lol. I freak out, cry and try to run away when she's being all ptsd and mean. Maybe you shouldve included the running off into the woods and screaming at eachother until someone dissociates next time? Jk lol >_>

You always write the best ReLo fics. I don't think I've read one of yours that didn't feel real and emotionally connected, as well as being steamy and sexy. Keep up the very excellent work!

I just stumbled across your stories, and finished reading this one first. I'm still about three chapters in on "Every Beat of My Heart". Your writing is refreshingly "correct" (coming from a grammar nerd, that's a big compliment). Usually, I'll read about two or three paragraphs and if the grammar or punctuation is too far gone, I give up (I have very little time to read, I'm too busy writing and editing my own). On this story, I was clicking over to chapter two before I noticed it. I love the domestic portrayal, the view of how Wolverine might be when he's not out fighting the good fight; and if he were to play a computer game, some sort of rural "farming game" would fit. It's a different way to show all of these characters, but none of them seemed out of character, per se, which tells me you can take the core of how people are and put them out of canon and still make them fit just fine. Also, you captured Wolverine's broodiness perfectly, and his inability to stay mad if someone he cares for is hurting. Overall, a delightful tale, and I will continue reading "Every Beat of my Heart" as well and review over there when I'm done. Thanks for a rare treat! - Anon
