I love this. It's very real feeling like this could have been there story. This would have been a better X3. I was so pissed when they made Rogue get the cure. She's my favorite character and they didn't give her her extra power's. The Romy is great almost like watching the cartoon again and I really like Ororo and Logan. Never thought of it but it's perfect.

I have been reading this fic all day re-reading all the parts that made me feel an emotional connection. I love the way you handled Carol Danvers. I adore Remy and Rogue, I have since the 90's. I absolutely love your story. I cannot wait to see how it concludes itself. The more chapters your write the better it gets.

I had a feeling that you might start up a Piotr-Kitty thing - Bobby certainly screwed up big-time by jumping the gun w/ Kitty while still technically with Rogue. No biggie - I'm gonna plug my own fic, "Heat of the Moment." That said, I'm still glad to see that he's manning up. :D

Not a bad fight scene - I like how you really incorporated the changes into the Alcatraz scene. Some bits were better than others, but all in all a good AU of X3's finale. Keep up the good work!

Excellent! I'm glad my previous review didn't come across as "Iceman - ur doin it wrong!" I was quite pleased at the apparent beginning of maturity in the boy, and I'll pretend for my own vanity that I was the impetus for it. :D That it required so many 'cold shoulders' to shape up the Iceman is ironically delicious. Keep up the good work, and get well soon!

Great fic - I love how you write Gambit, and the chapter where Rogue absorbed Carol brought me to tears. I've eagerly awaited every update of this fic since I first saw it, since it addresses a severe lack of Cajun in the films.

It may be too late at this point, but I would like to make a case for something that I'm less than thrilled about in your fic: Iceman. I'm guessing you're intending to make him a sort of 'villain' by making him a complete tool, but - to me, at least - the way you've written him doesn't really jive w/ the movie version of Bobby; I have a hard time seeing your version of Bobby to be the same one that created a rose made out of ice in X1. I'd hoped you'd have him get his act straight a few chapters back, but I get that you needed him to really shove Rogue away. I'd simply like to request that - as much as you can, since Bobby's an ancillary character in this tale - try not to make Bobby as much of a total jerk-loser and thus a bit more likable. Perhaps the ostracism seen in the latest chapter (ch. 17) might put him on the path of not-jerkiness?

I hope you'll consider my input as constructive criticism, as that is how it's intended. I'm excited to see the remainder of the fic - all 30-40 chapters of it. :D
