Great chapter I kind of knew Emma would get that reaction of the guys when they would meet her. Emma’s shopping list talk about a lot of stuff even my sister doesn’t by that much stuff when she goes on one of her serious shopping trips. At first I though Jean and Emma would really hate each other and continue to hate each other but you had me followed keep up the good work can’t wait to see what the reward that Emma gives Scott is like.

Real Review
Ok, this story has a very interesting start to it. Nice bit of action and great characterization. Minus that one "little" rant I had before this review I would say it was an almost perfect start.

Ok, I've read the term one time tooooo many from you. The characters are not "psychic" they are Psionic. Psychics are people who claim to know the future and solicite their services for money. Here are the terms that "Smart" Marvel writers use (because I know so dumb lazy ones currently at marvel also use that other term:
Telepathic/Telepathy. (Communicating & other things with your mind)
Telekinetic/Telekinesis (moving objects with your mind)
Pyrokinetic/Pyrokinesis (controling fire)
Psychokinetic/Psychokinesis (blowing thing up with your mind)
Psychic is just a lazy term and doesn't really fit. Sorry to go off on you like this but you are such a good writer, the term just irks me and to see you use it over and over again... just irritates me.

You really are a productive writer! I can already see the conflict between Jean and Emma in the future, over one Scott Summers.

Chapter One
Oh, God. No Emma Frost. Not again...
Please, don't take offense, pal. It's only Emma is all over the place nowadays and I'm pretty tired of it. It's pretty hard seeing the freakshow in the comics without the huge amount of fics where she's getting her hands where they don't belong...
Still, I have faith on you, friend, so I'll read this.
I'm curious. I believe Emma's personality in this story resembles 616 Madelyne's one. I wonder if it's intentional or I'm only imagining it.
And I think you've efficiently explained how Jean saw Duncan and why she was dating him. She THOUGHT he could be a good person after all, but she didn't see the truth until she started spending time with him.
