I felt somewhat disappointed by the ending to the story. Granted the story was a tragedy from the start, the ending left more to be desired. At the very least I wonder how the students will react with the deathes; even more so with the Jean's one bargining chip over the girls (logan) now gone. Would they tell the professor? Would Jean somehow dispose of them too? Will Scott ever remember? A lot of loose ends left unresolved to a story that I really enjoyed reading. All in All I have the liked the chapters up until #22 but wished there was a little more closture with the characters.

This is a very good story. I would have to say the title is a misnomer, though. Shouldn't it be "Queen of Pain"? Jean was out of character from the book but the way you have her in the story fit and you kept your view of the characters very 'in-character'. Overall, like I said, a very good story.

Okay, I'll try to keep this ConCrit as much as possible. I've never flamed, so hopefully it won't be seen as such.

Alright, this chapter was way outta left field. You had me reeled in until the last chapter. If you know someone is being drugged, you don't tell people to make sure they aren't being hurt? Okay, so Jean threatened to make Logan look worse than it was. Um, (1) the Professor is telepathic also and would be able to read Jean's head and tell if she's lying or if what she's saying really happened (2) Being as Rogue would be the one to tell him since she got it outta Jean, he could ask her details about it that only Jean would know being a doctor and being the one to drug him and whatnot (3) The Prof has already had to stop Jean from power-abusing Scott once before so it wouldn't be that hard for him to believe that she's going overboard.

Storm and Logan die? In that manner? I know not all stories are happy endings (those get boring sometimes), but this was so-I can't even think of a word for it. Unless I read wrong, Angel was there and brought someone back to the ship. Did they not see Storm struggling, or even after Logan got involved? And if Logan saw that Jean was the one manipulating whatever to try to kill Storm, why didn't he let the others know so more than he could help her back aboard?

Overall, it was mostly a nice story, held my interest, nice humor where applied, but I think we'll just leave out the last chapter.

I know you will bring the pain in the Sequel. I know you better. So is Logan going to save her and they fall in love. HUH? Wouldn't that be some stuff, Jean has to pay regardless. Loved the story bring the pain!

She must experience pain in the sequel because she can not win. Are Logan and Ororo coming back to bring it? Love it now get to writing

Not only does Jean mess with Scott's mind she tries to kill Ororo. Logan should have broken her skull. You have to make a sequel I Enjoyed this too much to let it go .
